Titanium zirconium molybdenum (TZM) is kind of high temperature alloy. And it is a solution strength and particles strength molybdenum base alloy which include 0.05% Titanium, 0.08% Zirconium and 0.02% carbon so it has high strength, hardness, what’s more, compared to other non-alloy in room temperature and high temperature has better ductility. On the other hand, TZM has other advantages such as good thermal conductivity, low vapour pressure and corrosion resistance. And use TZM as raw material to produce titanium zirconium molybdenum hot runner has a lot of advantages:
1.TZM hot runner can keep high temperature molten plastic which is good for pressure transfer so hot runner will has little pressure loss. Besides, it also benefits to improve plastic mobility and the temperature more even as well so product’s stress and transformation will decrease. Therefore, the surface quality and properties of product will improve rapidly. On the other hand, the dwell time more long the effect will more obvious and also decrease the shrinking percentage of plastic products.
