Valve gated titanium zirconium molybdenum hot runner means hot runner has actuator to control needle valve. Valve gated titanium zirconium molybdenum (TZM) hot runner compare to other hat runner not only it has complicated structure but it also has more than a set of needle valve actuator to control needle valve open and close movement which using valve actuator control the needle valve to open and close the sprue by mechanical motion at the hour arranged. The actuator is similar to hydrocylinder which is using the hydraulic equipment of injection molding machine to connect with mould to become oil hydraulic circuit.
