TZM Alloy Strip (Titanium Zirconium Molybdenum Alloy Strip) is high-performance molybdenum-based alloy strip that uses molybdenum (Mo) as the matrix and incorporates titanium (Ti: 0.40%–0.55%), zirconium (Zr: 0.06%–0.12%), and carbon (C: 0.01%–0.04%) to form TiC and ZrC dispersion-strengthened phases. The uniform distribution of strengthening phases within the molybdenum matrix effectively improves high-temperature strength, creep resistance, recrystallization stability, and long-term service reliability.

With nearly 30 years of experience in molybdenum and molybdenum alloy manufacturing, CTIA produces TZM alloy strip using high-purity molybdenum raw materials through powder metallurgy process, followed by vacuum sintering, hot rolling, cold rolling, heat treatment, and precision machining. These processes ensure uniform microstructure, high density, and stable dimensional accuracy to meet application requirements under high-temperature and high-load conditions.

CTIA’s TZM alloy strip has the following features:
(1) Excellent creep resistance: The TiC and ZrC dispersion-strengthened phases effectively hinder dislocation movement and grain boundary sliding, improving deformation resistance during long-term high-temperature service.
(2) Excellent high-temperature strength: A melting point of approximately 2620°C and a room-temperature tensile strength of 600–900MPa enable reliable load-bearing capability at temperatures above 1000°C.
(3) High structural stability: A recrystallization temperature of approximately 1350–1450°C effectively suppresses grain growth at elevated temperatures, ensuring excellent dimensional stability.
(4) Excellent thermal properties: A density of approximately 10.15–10.22g/cm³ and a coefficient of thermal expansion of approximately 5.5–5.9×10⁻⁶/K provide strong thermal shock resistance and good thermal stability.
(5) Good machinability: Supports cutting, stamping, turning, grinding, and precision machining, with customized dimensions available.

CTIA’s TZM alloy strip is mainly used in:
(1) High-temperature structural component manufacturing, including thin high-temperature components such as heat shields, support sheets, connecting plates, and thermal field components for vacuum furnaces;
(2) High-temperature dies and tooling, including hot stamping dies, extrusion die auxiliary components, and heat-resistant tooling parts;
(3) Semiconductor equipment manufacturing, including heat shields, shielding components, and structural parts in crystal growth furnaces and thermal processing equipment;
(4) Precision component manufacturing, including electronic vacuum equipment parts, high-temperature electrodes, and other heat-resistant thin sheet components.
